What is Printo?
Printo is an online design & print platform where you can browse professional templates, customize them in our browser-based editor, and order high-quality prints delivered to you.
Do I need design experience?
Not at all! Our templates and editor are designed for everyone. Just pick a template, customize text and images, and you're done.
How does the printing work?
After finishing your design, click "Order Print". Choose a print shop, select a package (quantity + finishing), pay, and track your order until delivery.
What file formats can I export?
Depending on the category, you can export as PNG, JPG, PDF, or print-ready PDF with bleed and trim marks.
What payment methods are accepted?
Each print shop defines their accepted payment methods. Common options include bank transfer, mobile wallets (Syriatel Cash), and cash on pickup.
Can I save my designs and edit later?
Yes! All designs are auto-saved. You can access your saved designs anytime from your dashboard.
How are print prices calculated?
Prices are per package — for example, 100 business cards at a fixed price. The price shown is the total package price, not per-piece.
Do you support Arabic text?
Yes, our editor fully supports Arabic and bilingual (Arabic + English) designs with proper RTL rendering.
Can I use my own images and logos?
Yes, you can upload your own images, logos, and brand assets to use in your designs.
How do I track my print order?
After placing an order, you can track its status in real-time from your dashboard — from payment confirmation through printing to delivery.
